In Iran was held Friday the first round of legislative elections. This was marked by strong abstention. The ballot should end in a large victory for the Conservatives, who are favored by the massive disqualification of reformist and moderate candidates. In all, more than 7,000 applications were invalidated.

Voters discovered many of the contestants who were hastily presented by the parties shortly before the vote. "How would you like to get an idea of a candidate in a week?" "Parasite" rather than election night
The few meetings were deserted by the militants.
